Acceptable Use Policy
Version 2026.10 — last updated September 24, 2026
A short, plain list of what you may and may not do with Impact AI Inc and with the bots you publish. It exists so that answers people receive can be trusted.
1. Scope
This policy applies to everyone who uses Impact AI Inc, and to every chatbot published through it. It is part of the Terms of Service. If you let other people use your account, you are responsible for their compliance too.
2. Things you must not do
- Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
- Deceive people about who they are talking to, or claim a bot is a human when asked directly.
- Impersonate a person, company, government body or authority you are not.
- Publish answers that harass, threaten, defame, or incite violence or hatred.
- Publish sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises a child, in any form.
- Infringe someone's copyright, trademark, trade secret or privacy rights.
- Present medical, legal, financial, tax or other regulated advice as if it came from a licensed professional, unless you are one and you say so clearly.
- Upload personal information you have no lawful basis to hold or share, including data you scraped or bought without consent.
- Use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, run phishing or fraud, or collect credentials.
- Probe, scan, overload or interfere with the service, bypass rate limits or access controls, or attempt to reach other customers' data.
- Scrape, resell, sublicense or white-label the hosted service as your own product without a written agreement with us.
- Use the service to build a competing dataset or model from our outputs.
3. Sensitive and regulated use
If your bot touches health, financial, legal, employment, immigration, credit, housing or similar regulated topics, you must make the limits clear to visitors and give them a route to a qualified human. Do not use the service for decisions that legally require human review, and do not collect payment card numbers, government identifiers, or health records through chat.
4. You review what your bot says
You choose every approved answer your bot can give. Review them before publishing, keep them current, and check your unanswered-question list regularly. If an answer becomes wrong or misleading, remove or correct it promptly.
5. Security and reporting
Keep your credentials private and use a strong, unique password. If you find a vulnerability or notice suspicious activity, report it to legal@impactaiinc.com rather than exploiting or publicising it. We appreciate good-faith reports and will not pursue researchers who follow this policy.
6. How we enforce this
Depending on what we find, and how serious it is, we may:
- Contact you and ask you to fix the problem.
- Disable a specific bot, answer or feature.
- Limit or suspend your account.
- Terminate your account and, where required, report the matter to authorities.
For serious harm — illegal content, fraud, or attacks on the service — we may act immediately without prior notice. Where practical we will tell you what happened and what you can do about it.
7. Appeals
If you believe we got an enforcement decision wrong, write to legal@impactaiinc.com with your account email and what you think happened. A human will review it.
