Copyright & Takedown Policy

Customers write and upload the answers their bots give. By uploading content you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights.

Send a notice to legal@impactaiinc.com with:

• Your name, address, phone number and email.
• The work you believe is infringed.
• The chatbot and the answer (or a screenshot) you believe infringes it.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

When we receive a complete notice we promptly remove or disable the reported answer and tell the bot's owner. The owner may send a counter-notice to the same address; if they do, we may restore the content after 10 business days unless the reporting party tells us it has started legal action.

We close the accounts of customers who repeatedly upload infringing content.

Reports about misuse of a trademark or impersonation of a brand can be sent to the same address and are handled in the same way.
